Rain falling
Like the tears
On my face
Rain falling
Sliding down
The windowpane
Like tiny
Crystal droplets
Disintegrating
Into nothing
And I sit there
By the window
Alone
Solemnly
Watching
Raindrops
Race down
To their own
Demise
And my teardrops
Join them
